1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ZV999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ZV999 online gaming platform operating at zv999.click.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account at ZV999.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player on the ZV999 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the only currency in which ZV999 transactions are processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward credited to a player's ZV999 account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered at ZV999 before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "VIP Club" means the ZV999 loyalty programme operating across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR held in a ZV999 account that was deposited by the player (not bonus credit).
• "Platform" means the ZV999 website, mobile browser interface, and all games and services available at zv999.click.

2 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at ZV999, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZV999 strictly prohibits access by any person under the legal age of 18. ZV999 may request age verification documents at any time, and accounts will be suspended pending verification if there is any doubt about a player's age.
• You must be accessing ZV999 from a location where online gaming of the type offered by ZV999 is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of ZV999 or any of its platform suppliers.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned ZV999 account. Attempting to create a new account after a ban is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one ZV999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering at ZV999 you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Deliberately providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

ZV999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any point — particularly when making your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a review. Acceptable documents include:

• Valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or NICOP for overseas Pakistanis
• Pakistani Passport
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, Easypaisa/JazzCash account confirmation)

ZV999 will process submitted verification documents within 2 business days. Withdrawals may be held pending verification but deposits and gameplay are not typically affected during the process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZV999 account login credentials. ZV999 will treat any login as authorised by the account holder. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ZV999 support immediately at support@zv999.click.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency: All ZV999 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZV999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits made in a foreign currency through a card will be converted to PKR by your card issuer — ZV999 has no control over that exchange rate.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ZV999, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit at ZV999. You cannot withdraw to a method you have not deposited with.
• ZV999 charges zero withdrawal fees. The full requested amount is transferred to your payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• All withdrawals are processed in PKR.
• Withdrawals received before 11 PM Pakistan Standard Time are processed the same day. Requests after 11 PM are processed the following day.
• ZV999 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• You may only withdraw funds that originate from your own deposits. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

ZV999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all ZV999 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each ZV999 player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 5,000 PKR is available to new ZV999 players on their first deposit only. The bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x (the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times at ZV999 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn).
• Wagering Contribution: All ZV999 live casino games, card games, baccarat, roulette, and virtual sports contribute 100% towards wagering requirement completion unless specified otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire and cannot be reinstated once the window has passed.
• Wagering Deadline: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the ZV999 account. Incomplete wagering results in bonus forfeiture but does not affect the real money balance.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet allowed per round or hand is Rs 2,000. Bets exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback credited through the ZV999 VIP Club carries zero wagering requirement and is available for withdrawal immediately upon crediting every Monday.

6 VIP Club Terms

The ZV999 VIP Club is available to all registered players automatically from Bronze tier. Tier progression is based on rolling 30-day deposit totals. The following conditions apply:

• Tier thresholds and cashback rates are as published on the ZV999 VIP Club page. ZV999 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds with 14 days' notice to affected players.
• Tier upgrades are effective immediately when the threshold is reached. Tier downgrades only take effect if the 30-day deposit total falls below the tier threshold for two consecutive 30-day periods.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals for the week). Cashback credits carry no wagering requirement and are available immediately for withdrawal.
• Dedicated account manager services at Gold tier and above are subject to availability. ZV999 will endeavour to maintain consistent manager assignment but reserves the right to reassign managers due to operational requirements.
• Custom promotions available to Platinum and Diamond players are offered at ZV999's sole discretion and do not constitute a guaranteed ongoing entitlement.
• ZV999 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club without notice if the player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

ZV999 operates games across multiple categories including live casino, baccarat, Teen Patti, roulette, card games, and virtual sports. The following applies to all games:

• All digital (non-live) games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Monthly audit results are available on request.
• All ZV999 live dealer games are conducted by certified studios using real dealers, physical equipment, and live-streamed results. ZV999 does not manipulate live game outcomes.
• The house edge for each game is published in the game information panel. ZV999 does not alter game RTPs from their certified values.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as disconnection, server interruption, or display error — ZV999 will resolve the round using server-recorded data. If round data cannot be recovered, the bet amount will be refunded to the player's account.
• ZV999 reserves the right to void a bet or game round if evidence of software tampering, manipulation, or exploitation of a platform error is identified.
• Virtual Sports outcomes are generated by certified RNG software and are independent of any real-world sporting results.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ZV999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple ZV999 accounts
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with ZV999 games or platform functions
• Colluding with other players at live tables to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in ZV999 software for monetary gain — any winnings arising from a known bug must be reported and will be voided
• Attempting to launder money or use ZV999 for any other illegal financial purpose
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate ZV999 transactions with your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZV999 staff, dealers, or other players in any communication channel
• Sharing or selling your ZV999 account access to any third party

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ZV999 may suspend or close a player account in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• ZV999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
• A player who self-excluded attempts to access ZV999 during the exclusion period
• ZV999 is legally required to do so by a court order, regulator, or law enforcement authority
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as inactive

When an account is suspended for investigation (rather than permanent closure), ZV999 will complete the investigation within 14 days and communicate the outcome to the player's registered email address.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZV999 support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Inactive Account Policy: ZV999 will send a notification email before applying any inactivity status to an account. An inactive balance will not be reduced by ZV999 — it remains fully available for withdrawal once the account is reactivated by logging in.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZV999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this obligation seriously — not as a compliance formality, but as a genuine commitment to the long-term wellbeing of all players. ZV999 provides the following responsible gaming tools free to all players at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which ZV999 will prompt you to review your play and optionally log out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing showing time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your ZV999 account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ZV999 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ZV999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
